Booking a tour with El Nido IslandGirl is easy! You can book directly through phone or email us at info@elnidoislandgirl.com. Early booking is recommended, especially during peak season, to ensure availability.
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your booking, please inform us at least 48 hours before your scheduled tour for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will incur a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows or same-day cancellations are non-refundable. If we need to cancel a tour due to weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
To make the most of your island-hopping experience, we recommend bringing the following:
- Swimwear and a change of clothes
- Sunscreen (reef-safe)
- Hat and sunglasses
- Towel
- Waterproof bag for valuables
- Water shoes or flip-flops
- Snorkeling gear (optional, as we provide this)
- Reusable water bottle
- Light snacks (lunch is included in the tour)
